Muslins (Double gauze) is a 100% cotton fabric consisting of two woven layers of cotton gauze-like material. Muslin fabric is lightweight, airy, skin-friendly, and soft. This fabric has excellent moisture-regulating properties, is breathable and air-permeable, yet not transparent. Its special structure allows it to be left un-ironed and it dries very quickly.

After washing, the fabric may shrink by approximately 5-8%, so it is recommended to wash or dampen it before sewing.
